Return & Refund Policy

At Nila Collections, we value customer satisfaction and take utmost care in delivering quality sarees and fashion products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product meets the following conditions:

  • Return request raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • No stains, perfumes, or damage

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or blouse-stitched sarees
  • Products bought during sale or discount offers
  • Products damaged due to customer handling

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product delivered by us.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
